The base of the spherical massage head is manufactured using multi-axis CNC machining to ensure dimensional accuracy and high surface finish of the positioning cavity. The spherical component is formed via liquid silicone injection molding,which minimizes seams and enhances durability. During the embedding process, the spherical head must be precisely matched with the positioning cavity and secured via snap-fit or magnetic fixation to guarantee smooth rolling motion and prevent detachment. Post-assembly,dynamic balance testing is conducted to eliminate vibration or noise caused by uneven mass distribution during high-speed operation.
