This ES silicone is applied to the operation panel of generator sets. The surface characters have undergone professional testing, passing 300 cycles of friction tests on a laboratory RCE abrasion tester. Even in the complex environment of a generator room, with 10 uses per day, the characters will remain clearly visible for 10 years.
Silicone buttons challenge extreme environments

The silicone buttons have withstood various temperature tests in the laboratory and still maintained stable chemical properties. Their operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 200°C, ensuring their applicability in various complex working environments.
Excellent oil resistance
The silicone buttons have reliable oil resistance. Even when their surface is contaminated with oil, simply wiping gently with a tissue several times can restore the clarity of the characters. The characters remain clear even after 5 years of use in the generator room.
Excellent light transmittance
The silicone buttons boast excellent light transmittance. By simply installing LED backlights at the bottom of the panel, the generator set controller can be operated accurately even in dark environments, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
