The custom silicone beauty face mask uses a liquid silicone injection molding process. The FPC with LEDs attached is placed into a precision mold, and liquid silicone rubber is injected.
It is rapidly cured under high temperature (approximately 150-200℃) and high pressure, forming a seamless chemical bond and physical encapsulation between the silicone, FPC, and LED beads. An optical structure is directly replicated onto the silicone surface during molding for light distribution and guidance.
The black parts are molded from solid silicone and then glued on to block light and protect the delicate eyes. The rest are made using a secondary molding process with liquid silicone, resulting in a one-piece injection-molded liquid silicone unit. The silicone layer near the face is a highly transparent liquid silicone with a light transmittance of over 93%, allowing more light to reach the face and maximizing the product's effectiveness.
