- First, the plastic substrate is molded via injection molding or other methods.
- Subsequently, liquid silicone rubber is injected into the mold to precisely encapsulate or bond to specific areas of the plastic component.
- Through high-temperature vulcanization (curing), the two materials fuse into an integrated structure.
