Product Overview

There are two ways to evaluate a protective case. The first is to look at it when it comes off the production line. The second is to look at it a year later, after it has been handled daily, wiped down repeatedly, and exposed to sunlight through a shop window. The second view is the one that matters for brand customers, because that is when complaints arrive.

For the POS ME70, we worked backward from that second view. The silicone compound was selected and adjusted for color stability, not just softness, so the case does not drift toward yellow after months of light exposure. Surface hardness was tuned to keep the tactile feel consistent rather than turning slick with wear. Mold dimensions were locked in and monitored across batches so that the tenth production run fits the same as the first. The result is a case that behaves the same in month twelve as it does in week one. This is a brand-customer customization case, not a product for sample sale. Brands developing similar protective solutions can begin with a validation batch of 100 pieces, with all tooling, molding, and inspection completed in-house.
