Butadiene rubber (NBR)
Temperature range: -25-100℃
Main features: good oil resistance, water resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, not resistant to polar solvents.
Main uses: oil seals, soft heat, oil resistant hoses, fuel tanks, hydraulic oil, silicone oil, silicone grease, water and other oil-resistant seals.
Silicone Rubber (SI/VMQ)
Temperature range: -40-200℃
Main features: high heat resistance, cold resistance and good electrical insulation properties. Not resistant to oil, ozone and solvents.
Main uses: household appliances, electronics, food seals, oil seals, anti-vibration rubber and other heat-resistant, cold-resistant, electrical insulation, medical supplies, etc.
Fluorine rubber (FKM/VITON)
Temperature range: -25-250℃
Main features: excellent heat resistance, oil and chemical resistance, and solvent resistance. Not resistant to ketones, esters and nitrous-containing mixtures.
Main application: Sealing of rockets, gas, locomotives, diesel engines, and semiconductor industries that require heat resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance.
Ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM/EPT)
Temperature range: -50∼150℃
Main features: good aging resistance, ozone resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and waterproof. Not for food use.
Main uses: soft pads, oil-resistant hoses, conveyor belts, automotive choke belts, water vapor radiators and other oil-resistant products.
Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR)
Temperature range: -20-100℃
Main features: better wear resistance and aging resistance than natural rubber. Not resistant to strong acids, ozone, oils, greases and greases and hydrocarbons.
Main uses: car tires, shoes, rubber cloth, sporting goods, battery boxes, tapes and other products.
Temperature range: -50∼150℃
Main features: It has the properties of weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance and so on.
Main uses: wire coating, adhesive, R12 refrigerant resistance, household appliances, seals exposed to atmospheric sunlight and chemical corrosion.
Acrylic Rubber (ACM)
Temperature range: -25∼170℃
Main features: good oil resistance, weather resistance and oxygen resistance at high temperature. Not hot water, low temperature.
Main application: automobile gearbox, crankshaft transmission and power system cushion or gasket, steam valve stem oil reflector, etc.
Natural Rubber (NR)
Temperature range: -40∼100℃
Main features: good elasticity. Mechanical properties such as water resistance and abrasion resistance are good. Not resistant to strong acid and aging.
Main application: special large-scale automobile tires, industrial traction machine tires, tapes, rubber shoes, air springs, shock absorption parts, etc.
Chlorosulfonated polyethylene glue (CSM)
Temperature range: -45∼120℃
Main features: aging resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance. And can be used to prevent leakage in water.
Main uses: weather resistance, corrosion resistance, box lining, rubberized cloth for outdoor use, corrosion-resistant cushions, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant roller gaskets, rollers, etc.
Butyl Rubber (IIR)
Temperature range: -54∼110℃
Main features: good weather resistance, ozone resistance, gas permeability resistance, animal or vegetable oil resistance and oxidizable chemicals.
Main applications: inner tubes of automobile tires, leather bags, wire coverings, heat-resistant conveyor belts, rubber parts of vacuum equipment, etc.
Polyurethane rubber (PU)
Temperature range: -45∼90℃
Main features: wear resistance, high pressure resistance, but not high temperature resistance, excellent mechanical strength.
Main use: U-type tightening O-ring, roller coupling, scraper, gasket.
Hydrogenated Butadiene Nylon (HNBR)
Temperature range: -25∼150℃
Main features: wear resistance, corrosion resistance, tensile strength, tear resistance, oxidation resistance and compression deformation properties. Suitable for laundry and dishwashing detergents.
Main application: used for sealing ring air conditioner and automobile engine in environmental protection cold coal R1340A.
Fluorosilicone rubber (FLS/FVMQ)
Temperature range: -50∼200℃
Main features: oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel oil resistance and high and low temperature resistance. Not resistant to brake fluid.
Main use: used in high-tech semiconductor and aerospace industries.
